Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of NeverFreeze.ai, including the website, dashboard, desktop app, downloads, subscriptions, class workspaces, AI features, and related services. NeverFreeze.ai is operated by Masri Digital.

By creating an account, downloading the app, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use NeverFreeze.ai.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, device permissions, class settings, uploaded content, and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

NeverFreeze.ai is an educational study and classroom-assistance tool. It does not replace your own learning, judgment, professional advice, academic responsibilities, or compliance with school rules.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of NeverFreeze.ai is allowed by your professor, institution, honor code, classroom policy, exam rules, professional obligations, and applicable law.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for a particular class question. You should review, verify, and use your own judgment before relying on any output.

Paid plans, credits, usage limits, trials, renewals, and plan features are described on the pricing page or during checkout. Prices may change prospectively.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Contact support@masridigital.com to cancel future renewals or request a plan change.

Credits, session uses, rollover rules, and usage limits may be subject to plan limits, abuse-prevention controls, and technical availability. Unused credits are not cash, stored value, or transferable property.

You may upload or sync class names, notes, syllabi, assigned readings, outlines, study guides, transcripts, questions, answers, and other materials. You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Masri Digital a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, copy, and use your content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve NeverFreeze.ai.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and process your materials. Do not upload content that violates law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, school policies, or third-party agreements.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected portions, overload systems, scrape at scale, bypass payment or plan limits, share accounts, resell access, or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

You may not use NeverFreeze.ai to create harmful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, or deceptive content, or to cheat where your institution or applicable rule prohibits the use of assistance tools.

The desktop app may require microphone, screen recording, accessibility, network, notification, or file permissions depending on the feature. Some features may not work unless permissions are granted.

We may provide updates, installers, auto-update metadata, patches, or beta builds. You are responsible for installing updates and using a compatible device and operating system.

NeverFreeze.ai may rely on third-party services such as Firebase, Stripe, Vercel, AI model providers, operating-system APIs, authentication providers, and other infrastructure providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies, outages, limitations, and fees. We are not responsible for third-party services beyond our obligations under applicable law.

NeverFreeze.ai, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, documentation, and related technology, is owned by Masri Digital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of NeverFreeze.ai to you. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service according to these Terms.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that NeverFreeze.ai will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, available in every class environment, or accepted by your school or professor.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masri Digital disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masri Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, academic outcomes, disciplinary consequences, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masri Digital's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to NeverFreeze.ai in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid us.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, misused the service, or if continued service is commercially or legally impractical.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
