Accessibility Statement

Last updated June 12, 2026. This statement describes how NeverFreeze.ai works toward accessibility, the standard we aim for, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

1. Our Commitment

NeverFreeze.ai is operated by Masri Digital. We are committed to making our website, dashboard, and desktop app usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, and keyboard-only navigation.

Accessibility is treated as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time project. We review new features and changes for accessibility as part of our normal development process.

2. Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

Conformance is measured against the public marketing and account pages of neverfreeze.ai. We are working toward the same target across the signed-in dashboard and the desktop application.

3. Measures We Take

Semantic HTML structure, descriptive page titles, and logical heading order so assistive technologies can navigate content.

Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons, and decorative graphics marked so they are skipped by screen readers.

Color and contrast choices intended to meet AA contrast ratios, plus a light theme and a dark theme so users can choose what is comfortable.

Keyboard operability for interactive controls, with visible focus styles.

Responsive, zoomable layouts that reflow without loss of content on small screens and at increased text size.

4. Known Limitations

Some areas may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include complex interactive demos, certain real-time transcript and audio features, and third-party embedded components (for example, payment, authentication, and analytics widgets) whose accessibility we do not fully control.

Where a feature is not yet fully accessible, we will try to provide an equivalent alternative on request while we work on a fix.

5. Assistive Technologies and Compatibility

The website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari) together with current assistive technologies on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

If you use an older browser or assistive technology, some features may not behave as expected. We recommend keeping your software up to date for the best experience.

6. Feedback and Requesting Help

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of NeverFreeze.ai. If you encounter a barrier, need information in a different format, or need help completing a task, please contact us and we will do our best to help and to address the issue.

When reporting a problem, it helps to include the page address, the device, browser, and assistive technology you were using, and a short description of what happened.

7. Enforcement and Formal Complaints

If you contact us about an accessibility barrier and are not satisfied with our response, you may have additional rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction. This statement does not waive or limit any rights you may have.

8. Contact

For accessibility feedback, alternative formats, or help completing a task, contact Masri Digital at support@masridigital.com. We aim to respond within five business days.
