NeverFreeze.ai is operated by Masri Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the NeverFreeze.ai website, dashboard, desktop app, downloads, subscriptions, and related services.

This policy applies to users in the United States. Additional rights may apply based on where you live.

Account information, such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, profile settings, plan, credits, subscription status, and admin or support flags.

Class workspace information, such as class names, notes, uploaded syllabi, assigned readings, outlines, study guides, summaries, transcripts, questions, generated answers, and usage history that you choose to sync or upload.

Desktop app information, such as app version, device or operating-system details, permission readiness, crash or diagnostic information, and configuration choices such as in-person class mode or online class mode.

Audio, screen, and transcript data may be processed to provide the service. Regular student accounts use cloud processing for AI features; limited local or private-provider processing may be available only for admin or testing configurations.

Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing identifiers, customer IDs, subscription state, payment status, and plan metadata, but we do not store full card numbers.

We use information to create and secure accounts, sync settings, provide classroom assistance, organize class materials, generate answers and summaries, manage subscriptions, meter usage, process payments, provide support, detect abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance, improve features, and plan capacity. We do not use uploaded class materials to identify you in public marketing without permission.

NeverFreeze.ai may send prompts, transcript snippets, class context, uploaded materials, and related metadata to AI infrastructure providers so the product can generate responses. We try to send only the information needed for the feature being used.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload or process materials. Avoid uploading highly sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the service.

We share information with service providers that help us operate the product, including hosting, authentication, database, analytics, payment, support, email, security, and AI infrastructure providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse or security issues, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain account, billing, usage, class workspace, and uploaded content for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security.

You can permanently delete your account from Settings. NeverFreeze attempts to cancel an active subscription first, then removes the active account and associated workspace data. Limited records may remain where required for billing, security, backup integrity, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

You can update account and class settings through the dashboard or desktop app. You can delete certain uploads and history from the product, or permanently delete your account from Settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict certain personal information. To make a request, contact us using the information below.

You can manage microphone, screen recording, and notification permissions through your operating system settings.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Keep your account credentials safe and notify us if you believe your account or device has been compromised.

NeverFreeze.ai is intended for college, graduate, professional-school, and adult users. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
